Then, because I had been a customer before, I got nailed with a non-refundable $33.00 fee which I will be charged every month until I cancel. I have not had need of your services for years and you want me to sign on monthly for $$33.00 each month? No thank you. Other than that, I am very satisfied with Just Answer.
