In the past, my experiences with ss have been difficult and stressful due to lack of people working there. I could never get through on the phone, resulting in standing in many lines. This particular issue could be avoided by adding the option, in the letter, that there is no need to contact ss if I had no changes. The gentleman who helped me today was great.
