As an RV newbie i had a question about tilting my awning to direct rain runoff. I had a car accident in my financed car and had no idea what to do plus I have no police report. There's other issues he helped me with, was super friendly and seemed to really care, and I asked A LOT of questions. He was very sympathetic and responsive to my worries.
It was calming. Things were starting to get outta hand. A real good friend had for the second time caused my poor dawgs tail to get caught in the door.and this time it was a big steel double fire door. I just knew that she was gunna loose her tail. And when I got to talk to the vet so quickly I couldn't believe it. The vet was sensitive to what was goin on was truly concerned with the welfare of my baby. We really do get so attached to our pets. The vet was very informative also that I wouldn't need to take my dawg to the er hospital that it would be OK to wait until normal hours and rates to have her checked out if I felt it needed to be!
Dr was very efficient and knowledgeable,topped it off with being kind and understanding, especially for an older person who simply needed reminding of what I needed to do.
After 6 long months of blood pressure issues and every Doctor being in a hurry to move on to the next patient, I read about Just Answer and decided to give it a try. The Doctor called me right back as soon as I joined and he was very knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. The technician was helpful, asked good questions and gave sound advice about whether it was worth repairing my dehumidifier. I was not pleased to read that what was presented as a $5 join fee then came with a $38 membership fee which is an automatic MONTHLY fee unless cancelled! Yikes.
