On June 27,2016, I phoned up this business to have my old car taken away and the lady (I think her name was Diane) on the phone asked me what the make and model of the car was and then she asked me my name, address. Then we scheduled a time for the driver to come and pick up the car. That was for June 30,2016, at 6.00pm. I phoned on June 30,2016, at 2.00pm and left a message to call me to confirm that the driver was coming. The driver never showed up. On July 2,2016, I phoned and left two messages and I again phoned on July 4,2016, and left a message. Not once have they bothered to call me back. I found this business via their website.
