The website is OK. Products are just nice quality. People complain of shipping so I used express shipping and item came in 12 days. I'd recommend to anyone
I ordered from this company on January 14th expecting a 2 week delivery time. My order was a gift for someone intended to be given in February. I didn't receive it until April. I was given several different tracking numbers for my item, each one saying that the shipping company was waiting for the package to be delivered to them. I asked for a refund only to find out that I have to wait 3 months after not receiving my item to qualify for a refund. This company is a joke. Save your time, headache, and money.

Don't ever order from here. I ordered two necklaces from this site in the beginning of November. Received ONE of them on Christmas Eve. This one was a present for my sister and it was supposed to have two names on the necklace... it arrived with only one attached to the necklace and the other other just loosely in the box. Ridiculous. The second necklace which was thankfully for myself arrived December 27 and it was fine. I now await for the replacement necklace for my sister... I'm going to assume I'll be waiting another month Don't order from here
I placed my order on January 2nd and never received it. The tracking never updated from China and eventually after 2 months it said the order was delivered even though it wasn't. I emailed several times with no response and I will be disputing the charges with my bank. Would not recommend ordering from this company.
I had ordered a necklace 4 month ago and I just got it yesterday. I got no tracking information, no replies and no confirmation emails at all. Very disappointed at joseod. #unhappy
I made my order on November 29, its December 12 and I still have no email that my necklace has been shipped.

Hi Tiffany. Thanks for your review. This happened on Christmas. Eve and we have said we will resend the items for the broken one. It is unpleasant that you left us a bad review its only January 3 and we are preparing to ship the first one that Got damaged.
