Dress was too big for the measurements. Stitching was completely off on the back of the dress. I took it to two seamstresses and both refused to touch it because the stitching on the dress was so bad. Do NOT order from this company! Customer service is refusing a refund even though the bad measurements and poor stitching clearly fall within their own return policy guidelines. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I ordered a dress for my daughter's prom. What we received looks NOTHING like what we ordered. The color is completely off and the beads literally look like they came from the kids' section at a craft store. DO NOT waste your money on a dress from his site. In the process of filing a complaint with the company for a refund... but based on other comments, I doubt I will get a satisfactory response.

Learn from my mistake. The dress we ordered was not what we received and was way too big. I followed all of their guidelines and they are refusing to refund. They have offered me from 5 to 12% refund on a $147.00 dress. This doesn't even cover the $30 shipping fee. Rude customer service and only respond via email.

I was promised a dress by a deadline by the online chat person who said to place the order and she would make sure that it got out in time. They gave me the run around and finally send the dress (which was a knock off) which arrived after the date promised. I tried to return it and they refused it. Avoid this site.

Agreement with everyone else before me. My dress came out many shades darker than the picture and the beading was done cheaply and incorrectly. After contacting them with pictures, they refuse to let me return the dress, ignoring my complaints.

I bought the nice "Trumpet/Mermaid Jewel Sweep" prom dress and totally got ROBBED. This dress i received had the cheapest fabric possible, and the sequins that were suppose to be JEWELS must of came from the kids craft section of walmart. I ordered Navy Blue and got black. And they responded to my moms email about the dress very unprofessional like and said they will not give us a refund. Paid about $200 and then without asking or notifying me charged an additional $30 for international shipping. So $230 gone to waste... the dress isnt even quality enough to try and sell to someone else... this site should be shut down

BEWARE. Do not buy from these people, once they get your money and you call them on a problem they give all kinds of excuses. Steer clear you will get ripped off!

If I could do a negative rating I would! This place is an Absolute Scam! Do not order from this Company! I ordered the Trumpet/Mermaid V-neck Long Sleeves Applique Sweep/Brush Train Lace Dress. Ordered it using their sizing chart and it was well over 2 sizes too big. It was a very thick material too, like old fashioned drapery. Nothing like what we thought. I emailed asking for a refund and every time I get the same generic response. "Thanks for your pictures, but from the pictures I can not tell out big problems, so we suggest you keep the dress and forget about the subtle error of the dress, since all dresses are hand-made, it is inevitable that some tiny mistakes will be made during the process of tailoring, hope your understanding". I gave up and called my credit card company to dispute that charges.

Worst website ever. It's so horrible. When I finally received my dress and tried it on it was so so ugly and so big. Looks nothing like the picture it's so so cheap and its badly altered. I'm so so upset with this website. I just lost almost 200$. DONT USE THE WEBSITE... EVER

Stay away from this website. The dresses are beyond poor quality and when I tried to return the dress, I was told to take it to a local shop and "pay" to have it altered when it was supposed to come in my measurements given. Save your money and buy from a company in the USA! If I could give it a negative star, I would do it!

This was by far the worst shopping experience I have ever had. I ordered a custom fit prom dress, and what i received was a dress two sizes to big. I contacted the company immediately after trying it on with regards to returning it, and the whole process of proving the dress did not fit me was ridiculous. First they asked me to send pictures of the dress, showing it did not fit me. That was easy enough. Then they asked for me to send pictures of my measurements, which was a tad more inconvenient. This process took me about a week because they neither responded promptly nor asked for everything they needed at once. After doing all of this, i was sent a basic response saying that if I would keep the dress, they would give me a 6% refund of what I paid and a coupon code for future purchases on that site. My dress in total cost roughly $170 U.S. dollars, so 6% of that would be $10. At this point, I was infuriated. I insisted that I wanted to return it and I did not merely want a discount. Then I received an off-script response from someone who clearly did not speak English as their first language. In this email, the representative said, and I quote, If you return them, you need to pay the high postage and tax, also they are easy to be missing on the return way. And you will take the full responsible for the return. And it is not cheap. So how about we refund you the 6% and you keep all the items. I asked them for their return address early yesterday morning and I have still yet to hear back from them. If you havent ordered from this site yet, dont. They are rude and they do not honor their return policy like they say they will. My custom fit dress was way too big and this website tried to bully me into keeping it. To add insult to injury, the dress I ordered was not anything like the quality the picture showed. I was willing to live with it until spoke with a local tailor who claimed that it would cost about $180 to alter everything, and it still would not be what I wanted. So now I am a month away from prom with no dress and Im in a battle with this awful website to get a return address.

I purchased a dress from this site for my daughters senior prom. The dress was described as was shown on the model as an A-line/V neck lace and chiffon dress and appeared to have a gold band for the waist line. When the dress was received bundled in a plastic bag, shoved in for fit. The top of the dress was reconstructed with beads on the front and lace on the back, a very high waist line which ended up across the bust and a skirt so short it did not cover the butt. You can only correspond with the company through email only and you appear to get a different person every time you email, so it seems. The return policy appears to be very clear but they do not abide by it. They apologized for the error in the dress and offered a 6% refund which is around $10 in U.S. currency. I paid $185 for this dress and it could not be altered to fix the dress. I agreed to pay the postage as stated in their return policy and just like the previous person they gave me the same script. Refusing to send the return label and offered a 6% refund stating that it was the most they could do. I did however file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Which is what we all should do to get this site shut down. Hopefully I will receive results soon. The emails have been going on for weeks. Do not buy from this site. Google your local dress stores, go to a neighboring town if you have to. Do not purchase from this site especially if you are going to miss the money.
