I wish that once I picked a format and then I did not like it - that what I have in that resume could be reproduced in a different template without extra cost. I just did not like the format I chose after seeing the finished product, but could not change the format either - would have had to start all over again.

Had some issues with double spaces in the text editor, they would show up in the final letter but not be visible in the editor. Could be due to the Grammarly plugin I have installed, but either way there where double spaces that didn't show in the editor.

For a person with little to no experience with resume building (I'm a grad student who had just entered the job field), JobHero was a great starting point. I was disappointed at the fact I couldn't edit the templates more to my liking (adjusting fonts/margins/graphics). And I was also irritated to find out that when I uploaded my JobHero template back into the site, it wouldn't autofill the correct information into the fields. I would think that the site would be able to recognize the fields directly from its own templates.
Overall, I think this site was a good jumping off point, but ultimately I used different templates that I could edit more and using very little I got from this site.
Keep up the good work! This is a promising tool.
