The address on my account is correct, and at some point during the shipping process and transferring the address had been readjusted therefore, resulting in the product not being delivered. This company continues to express to me to handle this and they have taken no ownership and absolutely no responsibility and I still do not have a product.

Ordered engagement ring. Delivery didn't go as scheduled. Had to pick it up at post office and it was late.
Shipping took about 3 weeks total, but as soon as they processed the order I immediately got a tracking number and it was updated almost daily
A ring was advertised on a website and I really wanted that ring. When I went to your site, that ring couldn't be found. I chose another ring that was almost as pretty.

I had some struggles with the order because it took wait too long, but the time was also worth it. My boyfriend and I loved the ring.
