I paid $18 for the 3-7 business day delivery on 8/11/23 and it was expected to be delivered at the latest by the last day of August. I did not receive my order until Friday September 8,2023.

It did take a little longer to get than I hoped.
I ordered on august 7th, the website says shipping within 7 business days of not personalized, this was just a standard ring, nothing added to it, i messaged on august 21st to see if there was any tracking numbers, they finally sent the order to china on the 23rd, they keep sending me a tracking number but there is still no movement on the item. I have seen the exact same ring on other sites, it is NOT made special, they order from china... buyer beware
Placed my order and paid for expedited service. Followed up several times regarding order status. Was only told another 14 days. When it finally shipped, it was shipped ground. Ended up haven't to order something else from JTV. Better quality and they ship on time. Will never order from joancee again.
