And I have not seen my $25 credited back to me otherwise regardless of the mistakes that were made I received a beautiful purchase and I would probably try them one more time to see if they could improve on their service thank you

The box was damaged totally. The product was in tact and beautiful.

When i placed the order it asked me if i wanted to pay extra to get the item before Christmas. I received the item well past Christmas. So why did i pay the extra for two day shipping.

The ring came on time and product was good. The ring draw a lot of attention to me. I am very happy with it

I thought that I was paying extra to receive within three business days. When that day came and went with no ring in hand, I went searching for a tracking number or promised delivery date. Discovered fine print that suggested it might be 10 days or more before the product was even made--that is when the three day shipping time would begin.

The ring was perfect it took just a little over 2 weeks box came destroy but the ring was perfectly okay

The order took two weeks to arrive.The ring is not as advertised. Stone is light blue, not dark sapphire blue. Guard bands are weak and flimsy. Please send me return instructions
