While the product is great, the delivery service is terrible! It is very unreliable. Delivery times are unpredictable. This is of particular concern because I live on a ranch and my home is approximately 650 feet from our residence gate. Now on the date of an anticipated delivery I have to leave our electric gate open to avoid the delivery service not delivering my package because it requires a signature. And heaven forbid if I happen to request a change to the delivery date! I then receive at least five emails regarding the new date and time of delivery! Terrible. JM Bullion's products are great, JM Bullion's delivery contractor leaves a lot to be desired.
I was well pleased with the whole JM process. It made me consider making more purchases in the future.
