I ordered a shirt for my son's friend for his birthday. Said it would take 8-12 days to receive order. I thought no way will it take this long as I have done my fair share of ordering from reliable buisnesses and it never takes longer than a week. First of all it took 3 days for the order to ship from the company (I'm assuming California.) Then took another 2 days to arrive in Nevada. Then no other tracking for another couple day. Still has not arrived. I'm sure I will not be receiving this order in 10 days which is when the party is. Think of how many more sales this company could have if they got their act together. Should not take this long. I've even ordered children's clothes from the UK and I get my order in 10 days. Getting orders out as quickly as possible should be a priority of any business. Will not be ordering again from JINX.
I have made a lot of purchases from Jinx and I love their products! But the last item was very faulty! Neither did the tee fit well nor did it have the right colors on the print! But that is okay! Things are sometimes defective and I understand! But what I don't get it why I have to pay for shipping the defective item to me and then back to them as well. Neither of the shipping costs were refunded to me! So I basically just spent around $10 dollars on a defective item along with the time spent in having to ship it back!
The dollar amount here isn't the problem but the very fact that they don't really take care of their customers is! Wish it wasn't such a big disappointment! Really love your products!
Update: I spoke about the order twice to your customer service stating the defect... And i don't think you would know the tee i am talking about. It was not ordered on my name but a gift for me. I have tees of the same size from you and none of them were so tight on the neck. And the text on the tee was much darker than the pictures. I can provide you the order number on personal message.

The item you returned was not a defect. The shirt is exactly as described in both fit and color. You were refunded the cost of the tee shirt as per our standard return policy. The $3.55 you paid for postage is not refundable and this is mentioned on our site on every product page in our 120 day return policy. If any shirt our customers receive is defective they do not have to pay anything to send it back or get a replacement. I researched your order and you did not contact us at any point to say you received a defective product. The Returns team looked at the item you sent back and it is not a defect. In the future please be aware that shipping is not refundable.
I am so annoyed of jinx.com. I had ordered two shirts for my fiance for Valentine's Day on the 12th and I had paid extra to get it delivered to my house on Valentine's Day. Turns out I never got a shipping confirmation email and it was never delivered on time. I called customer service on the 14th to ask about my order status and they said that my items were still at the warehouse. I told them to not worry about it since it was already Valentine's Day and that I wanted my extra shipping fee to be refunded back to me. Then a few days later, I check my order status and it says one or more of the items I want is out of stock. What the $#*!, why do you now tell me that the item that I picked out a week ago is now out of stock? So then I call customer service again and they wanted me to pick something else out. I then told them to just take that item out of my order and just send me the other shirt. Another week has passed and I've been charged for that shirt and it has still not made it to my house. I will NEVER shop at Jinx ever again. Horrible company.
Hi Jenny, I apologize if there was any confusion. Only one of the items was out of stock. We let you know and then waived your shipping for the inconvenience. The other shirt would have been shipped out however, later that day you sent us an email with the message "I would like to cancel this order." So we did. You should see the charges refunded to card any day. Again I apologize if there was any confusion.

I purchased this product to give it a try. Unfortunately my dog will not eat this product and I have been reaching out to Jinx via FB as the customer support phone numbers do not work. They just told me their number is *******537 but they are currently unavailable. I personally will not be dealing with this company ever again as the customer service is one of the worst I have ever communicated with and they do not stand behind their 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Shirt left their shipping warehouse 2 days after placing order. I chose the most economical shipping method and took about 2 weeks to arrive (I live about 6 hours away from the shipping location, by the way). It made stops all over California before it made it to my house. I didn't mind though as I wasn't in a hurry to get it, but just wanted to mention all of that for those who want it quicker than 2 weeks. However, they sent the wrong shirt but a 5 minute phone call fixed the problem. The young lady who answered my call was very nice (being nice to customer service goes a long way, too). They shipped out the correct shirt and I received it in just 3 business days. They also included a prepaid shipping label to ship back the incorrect shirt. If there's a mistake with your order, I recommend that you CALL THEM (do not email). Calling is quick and the problem is taken care of right there and then.
I don't know whether it was a problem on my side on on theirs, but when I contacted the company I experienced that the customer service was very kind and helpful. Seeing reviews here of people who had problems with J! NX made me worry, but everything was fine for me. Response was within 24 hours (which was fortunate because I intended to preorder a limited item :) ). Thanks again to "Crash" Landon from support team:)

I ordered a Cyberpunk 2077 Samurai snapback hat from J! NX exactly three weeks ago, and my order was delivered today. I'm always a tad anxious ordering from American sellers, as they often charge heavy shipping fees for international orders, but I was pleasantly surprised that the shipping was only $5.14 (around £4). I had been waiting for this particular item to come back into stock for weeks, keeping the tab open in my browser and frequently checking it in the hope that they'd restock, so I went ahead and ordered the item despite seeing some negative reviews from fellow international customers. In my opinion, three weeks is a very reasonable amount of time to wait for the order to be processed and shipped from America to England, especially with the current postal delays due to COVID19. The hat arrived undamaged and is good quality. I am very, very satisfied with my order, and would happily order gaming merch from J! NX in the future.
Well, quick and perfect delivery from Cali to Spain. Jinx T-shirt cotton is pretty good, the Blizzard one not so mucho haha.
Also, I did a change on the order while it stil was on process and no problem at all, pretty nice people if you ask me.
Some neat stuff at jinx! I like the user submitted pictures too, a nice way to get people to participate.
I've made a few orders with jinx before, good selection, decent prices and neat points system for members of the community.
I would have given Jinx a 4/4 if the delivered the goods without dealing with UPS.
I ordered from Jinx about a year ago and had no problems. The shirt was too small, I shipped it back and got a larger size and all was well.
This time around, same deal. Shirt is too small, so I send it back. The package took a while to arrive (originally through no fault of theirs), but I contacted their support team about it on multiple occasions across 2 weeks and they continually told me that it hadn't arrived. Finally, someone said it had actually been there for awhile and they were 'airing it out' because the returned shirt had a cologne smell on it (which I find VERY difficult to believe). This tells me the support folks took very little effort to bother checking around the exchange department for it, and the exchange department lazily didn't acknowledge that it had already arrived. Very disappointing lack of communication among the company. They then told me they were going to ship out my new size, though they didn't for another 2 days. The package was shipped a week ago and still hasn't even arrived to my state yet.
Jinx is fine when you order the right size, but I would avoid them otherwise. What a nightmare for a t-shirt.
Hi R. D. I apologize for any confusion. The smell on the shirt most likely came from deodorant when you tried it on. We try to let these items air out so that we can process an exchange. In our return policy it states that if there are strong smells such as cigarette smoke, perfumes etc... then we cannot accept the items back. There should have been notes left on your order so that our customer service team could have made you aware however, that was not done so I apologize for the wait and we have retrained our staff to make sure they are leaving the proper notes. The tracking states that the package was delivered on July 2nd so if you have not received it let us know so we can have it reshipped.
I submitted an order for a Christmas gift in plenty of time for Christmas delivery, but when I checked the tracking number, it was scheduled to arrive after Christmas. I contacted the jinx staff, and they not only immediately responded, they sent me my entire order overnight shipment (free of charge) so it would arrive in time for Christmas! That was awesome- great service!
I love this website. A lot of the gaming graphic tees are really nicely designed and the material is really soft and the prices are pretty fair. It always comes on time and is nicely packaged as well! Their return policy is nice too. Once I ordered the wrong size and they let me exchange it for a smaller size!
I asked for an exchange, and got the wrong size back. I called them and explained and they said no problem. We will send you the correct size and shipping label so you can send back the shirt that is the wrong size. I was pleased that it was so easy to get it sorted out.
I recently ordered some gamer shirts off this site and im totally unhappy with the shipping. I got a email saying it shipped on Dec 14th and no joke it took 2 days to get to the carrier and I still dont have my shirts and its Dec 24th. I totally get that its the christmas season and things are bogged down but this is ridiculous! I paid roughly 7 dollars for shipping and when I have paid 7 dollars for shipping on other sites it has NEVER taken this long.

Orders do take one to two days for processing as mentioned on our website. The shipping speed itself is determined by which option you choose at checkout. Economy, Standard and Expedited all have different speeds and price points. Unfortunately there were a lot of delays in shipping speeds from a lot of online retailers this Christmas due to weather and overwhelming volumes.
