Great experience

I appreciated this situation being resolved. My only thing I would say is, I hadn't realized that I really had to way to contact someone about my concerns on my package. I couldn't get immediate answers that I felt I needed. It was all good in the end, only a 1 day delay, but it took longer than that 1 day to hear back from you all. I love buying your shirts, but being able to promptly contact someone means a lot to me last.

Quick and very easy to order from

Before discovering Jiffy, I tried several companies, but none compare to the experience I have had with Jiffy so far. Their shipping is incredibly fast, and their products are affordable. What really impresses me is their excellent customer service; they are quick to respond and resolve any issues I encounter. Jiffy has truly made it easier for me to run my small business.

T-shirts were great! Awesome variety. While on the topic of variety... I also got Transfers and Stickers. Same logo file came out three different colors depending on the type of sticker it was or the transfers. My shirt transfer logo was kinda pixelated and streaky when printing the orange it seems. My logo was orange so little bummer. I will probably be buying t-shirts here and the UV DTF stickers(really like so far). Shirt DTF tranfers other places. Thanks for the shirts!

Thank you for bringing this to my attention, and I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience.

Color matching can definitely be challenging, and it's something we're actively working to improve. At this time, edit design notes can only be applied to regular DTF transfers by size and UV DTF stickers.

That said, edit notes are a great place to include hex color codes when a specific color match is needed. We're working toward making this feature available across all print options shortly. Since each printer in our network uses different machines, settings, inks, and materials, we understand how this can affect consistency, and we're fully committed to improving quality and uniformity across all products.

In the meantime, we've gone ahead and issued a refund for those. I hope you're still able to make use of the prints you received.

Great product and price

Amazing!

All the products are good, stickers, DTF and customer service. If product doesn't arrive they make it happen, it something is wrong with the order they take care of it. I can easily cut a company off for bad customer service but Jiffy makes it happen and will talk with you and makes it worth staying.

You picked the wrong shipper

I have a store on a military base and the shipper you chose could not get on the base. You had to resend the order. It caused a 5 day delay to my customers. Military customers do not like delays. You should screen you couriers better in that one question you should ask is "Can you get onto military bases?"

Good products quickly

Needed to quickly make some shirts for a church event and knew that Jiffy would be the best place to start. I was pleased to get my order in less than 2 days, and not have to pay expedited shipping. My transfers printed and pressed well. Great quality product. Have recommended to several friends.

I only gave a four because after adding stickers to my order, the system would not allow me to check out until I removed. It said you can only use one discount at a time. I had a bulk discount as well as free shipping. I removed the stickers and checked out with no problem but now if want the 100 stickers I have to place another order and won't receive the shipping discount. I took a picture of the checkout grayed out with the stickers in my cart.

Amazing customer service!

Jiffy truly goes out of their way to provide customers with the best experience. I had a change in my order I needed and they didn't get back to me in time before they shipped my shirts. HOWEVER- they got back to me with q free shipping code and refunded what I didn't need back with no hassle. I was truly amazing by their extra effort to improve my experience. I won't be going anywhere else for my small business!

I really have had no serious problems with the company. Every time I have had an issue they ensure that I have what I need by the time everything is finished. I will continue to use this company.

I do wish the extra assistance plan wasn't so high. I could have used some of those services in the past that are offered.

Transfer sizing

While I appreciate you offering the transfers by shirt size the issue is you mix them on the same rolls so I as the customer don't which size if for which shirts... they should be on different rolls by size with some kinda markings to let the customer know the sizing

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are not getting back to me. Jiffy messed up just about everything with my order from the wrong graphics to the wrong color on 6 of the 8 shirts I ordered. Furthermore, they didn't even call me or email me back to fix it, even though I submitted a claim ticket.

Really bad experience this time. It was totally different from the last 2 times that I ordered and everything was perfect. Something went very very wrong and they are not responding. BEWARE!

Dtf transfer and shirts!

I used to buy shirts only from Jiffy and had to get the prints separately. But with Jiffy's DTF prints, it's now a one-stop shop with always express shipping. Their fast service eliminates time constraints, making the process seamless and efficient.

Jiffy has been a game-changer for me. You know how tough it can be to find quality clothes that are actually stylish when you live in the middle of nowhere? It's like searching for a needle in a haystack! I used Canva to create my designs with my logo and colors and uploaded them super easy to jiffy, and it's been a lifesaver for creating custom t-shirts for my staff.

What I love most is that I can whip up different designs, download them, and have them printed without any minimum order. This means I can see how one shirt looks before I decide to order a bunch. It's a great way to test things out!

Plus, if I ever need more, I can just hop back into my account and place another order whenever I want. It's super convenient! I'm definitely planning to use this more for all my business needs, whether it's staff shirts or client giveaways.
