I have been using Jiffy shirts for about five years now normally when I get my packages, they come in boxes. Everything is usually delivered properly. But the last two times I ordered from Jiffy it was not Jiffy's fault. It was pacifically delivery UPS fault. My package came damaged Taped dirty, and I had missing items both times on my delivery. I informed Jiffy about the situation with the shirts on both occasions and in a timely matter, the shirts were replaced and sent to me properly. So thank you so much for caring about customer service because you guys made sure that I got exactly what I needed. But I am still unhappy with The with UPS delivery services that I received from them on their end because they are careless with people packages

For years I have been working with Jiffy's and they have always been amazing even when there is something off on a new product or if it is not perfect, they are always willing to help and make it right. This speak volume for a company to be able to work with customers to ensure all parties are happy!

We ordered a dtf and payed extra for background removal. We proofed and approved after background removal. And then when it arrived our background was printed on the dtf. Yall were quick to fix it. We submitted our issue with pictures. And Yall issued the refund within 24hours.

Getting my shirts and DTF prints form Jiffy has cut my time for getting products to customers in half! Great products, great customer service!

Very fast delivery and easy ordering process very nice products easy to work with

Fast delivery and overall a good experience. I will suggest when you do a large order to go through it immediately. I did not and found that 3 medium shirts were missing so I had to pay for 3 more, but they arrived quickly.

The process was great in ordering them, the t-shirts came on time, but the color was not what was shown on your website, the actual t-shirts were darker, making the black print odd. If your website had shown the right color, we would have use white print.

It was super easy to upload a shirt design and it came out excellent quality
