Unacceptable delay ( one week)

I order some DTF designs and you gave me a delivery date, which was not the one you specified. You were a week late, and those t-shirts were urgent, as we were going to use them for a school tournament. I tried to contact you but I never find how.

Easy-peasy!

I've ordered custom shirts, and custom stickers and have been VERY pleased with all the results. The website is easy to use, the suggestions for graphic sizes and positions are great, and the turnaround time is quick.

Mostly Great products!

So I have ordered both dtfs for shirts and for mugs now. I appreciate how great they turned out and how well they work. My "stickers" for the mugs look great and seem to be great quality. Some did have an interesting white border around certain areas though (mostly the words) Not sure why that was but I actually thought it looked ok in the end.

Also they came bent because the box had been squished. So a few items slightly damaged and may not work as I'd like. Since after placing on cup then have a permanent crease/bubble in them. This may cause a problem when washing the product.

Anyways I do think shipping could be better. Packing the roll of whatever ordered maybe into a thicker roll of some sort would be a better idea. Pretty sure my order was squashed last time too causing bends and creases.

Overall happy though

Pricing is fair but shipping is expensive. Bummed I have to spend $29 everytime for free shipping because 11$ for a few items isn't cool.

As someone new to the website it was a lot to take in! It was fun looking around to see what was available. I do wish the items I bought had come with directions though. But have no fear Youtube has more videos than I would ever need to help me along!

I was very dissatisfied with my purchase. Due my the images being rolled when I got my package the ink had came off parts of images. It was not expected and I personally feel images shouldn't be rolled and placed flat.

I have used Jiffy for a few years now and have always gotten good quality. The only thing I have a hard time with is getting matching coordinated sets. Sometimes, even when I order the same brand, the two items together are just different enough that they end up looking like separates. It doesn't happen often, but it's happened more than once.

Customer service is the worse! There is no way to talk to a live person and the chat stinks. Very repetitive and no help. This company use to be good. They use UPS which is the worse carrier service. They claim the earliest delivery date on their site and the items still don't come. I blame myself for going back and using jiffy knowing their carrier service sucks.

I placed an order for 3 DTF'S ON 1/15/25. ON 1/16/25 a pkg arrived with my name on it but with someone else's order inside with 16 of their DTF"S inside. I immediately emailed the company about the issue. Five days later and no response from Jiffy. I'm sure the other customer is concerned about their missing order too. All I want is my correct order which was supposed to arrive today, but Jiffy marked it delivered. By the end of today if I still hear nothing from company I'll reverse their charges on my CC & place an order with another company.

Overall a great choice

I've used Jiffy multiple times, and wish I knew then what I now know. Jiffy only prints on clothing for you using standard DTF transfers. They don't use pearl or procolor transfers when they print on a garment for you. This is a little misleading, as when you're uploading your design for either of those DTF transfer options it says "T-shirt not included. Need one? Browse our selection!" and then doesn't tell you it's switching to the standard DTF when you select the option "Want us to Print and Press for you?" Also the carts for apparel and transfers are SEPARATE, so unless you're buying a lot of either, you will pay two separate shipping charges.

All of that said, this is definitely an affordable option if you have your own heat press and just want to purchase transfers. I've ordered multiple and been happy with all my transfers. I've used procolor and pearl and love them both. Jiffy provides guidance and video tutorials if you're just starting out so you can see what to do.

My only negative experience with products: one of the hoodies I ordered with them pressing it for me came to me crooked and off-center. I contact customer support and they offered to either remake (at no additional cost of course) or refund, which I was happy with either option. This would have made me very upset if it was a time-sensitive item, but it wasn't. All other products from them have been stellar.

If I had any gripe or suggestion, it would be for some kind of notice or disclaimer saying WHICH transfer they are using when printing on garments for you.

Deceitful shipping

The estimated shipping was incredibly misleading. Wednesday night, the site said order within 16 hours and estimated shipping was Wednesday, perfect! I got my stuff together and Thursday morning, well within the 16 hours, the site said order within 4 hours and estimated delivery was Tuesday, not cool. By the time I ordered on Thursday, it said estimated delivery- Wednesday. I got an email Friday afternoon that said delivery is scheduled for Friday. I'm incredibly disappointed in that discrepancy of timeline. I went with Jiffy for their shipping speed. If I knew it was going to be that far away from the estimate, I would have went with a different company.

I have been ordering shirts from Jiffy for about 15 years and this is the first time I have ever had an issue. My order consisted of 2 packages which was placed on Sunday night. 1st package arrived Monday which is crazy fast and the 2nd was scheduled for Tuesday. Sure enough Tuesday came and went with nothing, After checking my ring camera incase I missed a alert and UPS app I reached out to customer service with my problem. This has never happened to me before and it was simple and quick reply. Mind you I am reaching out Tuesday night around 9:30-10. I received confirmation that email was received and by morning I received a apology email and also that a replacement package was shipped. WOW! Mind you I never had this happen before and I am just happy after I received my package I received another email asking if everything arrived okay... TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE!
