My garment was excellent just a little too bright for my liking but I did have a family member who could use because he works in a warehouse that requires safety equipment, clothing etc to keep vehicles from hitting employees
I was looking for shirts to sublimate on and hears about Jiffy. I checked the website and the ease of finding what I wanted was simple.
I have always purchased form jiffy for my small business, over thanksgiving I was trying to place an order, a pop up for free transfers came up and I thought I'd give it a try- spent the time doing it only to have them full price in my cart- was told that pop up was expired by customer service( in my opinion a pop up should be deactivated if it isn't valid) was offered a coupon code for less than what the transfers were so I took them out.
Went back to place another order a week or so later for the pop up for free transfers to come up again- I thought I would give it another try only to have the same thing happen - full price for something advertised as free- reach out to customer service again that gives me en expired code for the transfers, then says let me figure out how to help you with this, so I waited only for the rep to come back and say they were closing out the conversation. It was such a frustrating massive waste of my time that I abandoned my cart and purchased my items from a different supplier.
The tshirts came in so quick and were such clear and good quality. I would definitely order again if another occasion comes up
Not only are pricing great, site easy to use, fast shipping- but if the slim chance you have any issues, the response to correcting issue is also fast and easy!
I get my products extremely quick. I find that when I need something cleaned up a little more or change a color in the vinyl, they do an excellent job at making my products looks better

The stickers i ordered are very good quality, but the only problem i had was the box that it came in, i ordered 2 stickers that would fit on a shaker cup, and it came in a box that was slim and about 3 feet tall.

I have made multiple purchases from your company and normally have no issues with your company. However, the past couple months I have ordered shirts my customers have reported the strings/stitches coming out of the wrist cuffs on the first wear or after the first wash. I've never had this happened but it's hurting my business of custom shirts as I can't just replace the shirt without being out money as I'd have to reorder the decal as well to redo the shirt.
Product is very nice. Would order from jiffy again. Received my product very quickly. Was very pleased. Had a great experience with jiffy.
I easily uploaded the images i wanted transfers for and they were shipped to my home within 3 days. I had never done sublimation transfers before but the end results looked professional. The entire process from start to finish was a breeze. Will definitely order from jiffy again

I ordered 25 sets (5 designs in each set) l. They were applied to cotton at 320° for 15 seconds, cold peeled, and final press for 10 seconds and washed inside out on delicate and dryed on low heat and after 1 wash about 15 of the designs were bubbled up or starting to lift. Definitely very low quality. I have now ordered from a different company
