I usually have zero issues with the quality of the shirts I received from Jiffy besides an occasional hole here and there. But this last batch of Gilden black shirts had loose seams and the bottoms of the shirts in the arms. I have reached out to Jiffy customer service two times and have received no response

I've purchased shirts and sweatshirts from Jiffy before and found their prices to be reasonable, customer service was excellent and shipping was great!

I have always received my items in a timely manner. Jiffy is my go to site for apparel and transfers. Love that its a one stop shopping experience.

The colors are all different every order, I've place 4 different orders and they are either bad quality, different colors, or cut in half.

I have been ordering from Jiffy for almost a year now. Initially the service was great and affordable. For some reason for the last few months, the quality has gone done and the prices have gone up. I am trying to start a small business and have lost customers due to your quality of work. I had an order for a child's birthday. Ruined. Order came in the wrong size. I lost that customer. I had a family vacation order. Ruined. I lost those potential customers. I had a gender reveal shirts; they were ruined. I could go on but you get the picture. Your shipping has gone up by $2.00 dollars. Your transfer prices are ridiculously higher than when I first started ordering from you. What is happening at Jiffy?

Being ordering from this website for about 3 years now and I love it. Fast shipping, good quality material and great customer service.

I enjoy all of my prints I just don't like the fact that I have to go to a UPS store to pick them up every time. Don't understand why It can't be delivered to my house?

I've had fun using the Jiffy's services. They're quick. Easy to order. I would like to be able though to pick colours from a colour palette they provide so it would be easier to determine what colours I'm expecting.

I was buying my transfers from another company, Jiffy shirts started offering transfers and I thought I would try it. Best decision I made. Fast shipping, help on designs and if there is an issue (which I only had once), they were wuick to correct it.

I really like the quality and delivery times. Also customer services is really nice and helpful. When you have an issue with your order they return your money or they do the order again.

I always get my products on time, and when I get a damage item, they replace it immediately, I love ordering my shirts to decorate for my family reunion, family shamrock run team and other special occasion gifts.

I placed an order but did not receive any notification that it was cancelled. It was cancelled due to their incorrect reason of color changes - which I did not request any. This caused a delay in my order - had to reorder which put fulfilling my order to my customer behing. This is not appreciated.

I tried to place an addition DTF to my order, I wasn't able to get any actual help from a person and had to pay twice the shipping amount. Wish I could have spoken to someone about adding to my order instead of AI.

I purchase all my apparel and DTF needs. Love the fast shipping and arriving in a day or two. The website is easy to navigate and so easy to upload my designs to have them printed.

I love to design customized t-shirts, but don't always have the time to apply the transfers to the shirts, so I love the Jiffy will do it for me. I only wish they had more option for women's items.

In the first two years the production and delivery was amazing. Lately they have ruined my items more than I can deal with and the cutting process I could do myself. It's not neat and they have trimmed pieces of the art work. They replaced some but when they replaced my last few they messed up the replaced with the same errors. They need to pay better attention and realize I'm most cases they are dealing with small business and to treat us just like they work larger business. Overall they were great and I hope they go back to being great. There are my only choices for fat doing at this moment but I'm not sure his much longer I'll be using them

I've had a couple customers complain the design is lifting. Sometimes even before washing it and transfer instructions are followed to a T

Using Jiffy.com was my favorite because of the quality and turn around time. However, the last couple of times I've used Jiffy the quality has not been the best and the turnaround time has not been what they guarantee which is frustrating. I also wish they had better rewards for the customers who use them more than once a week.
