One of the shirts I ordered was too large. I did a return request, and then discovered that reordering a new shirt would be quite costly with shipping. I sent an email asking to cancel the return, said we would just make the shirts work as is, hoping I could take in the oversized one. Customer service reached out very quickly and told me just to keep or donate the one that was too large, and reorder the correct size with a coupon they sent. Above and beyond! Very satisfied.
This is not my first time experiencing excellent customer service from Jiffy shirts.

I was so excited to try JiffyShirts for an Easter project for my kids and niece that I accidentally ordered the wrong color sweatshirt for one child. Imagine... 6 year old boy VS WHITE sweatshirt. I was so bummed about needing to return/exchange. The process was super easy and the turn around time was really fast. I was super shocked to see that they actually recommended KEEPING the sweater and they refunded me.
Despite the return everything about the experience was wonderful.
Delivery time was awesome, as well! I live in a small mountain town kind of the in the middle of nowhere and one part of my order arrived less than 24 hours later
