I bulk ordered t-shirts for work and they were shipped quickly, but one size/style that I ordered (6 of the same shirts) were not included in my order. As soon as I noticed and contacted Jiffyshirts, my claim was acknowledged and resolved within a few hours. Replacement shirts were shipped before the end of the same afternoon that I contacted them.
Customer service took care of my problem right away and got my missing products resent out right away!

I was not expecting such a fast turnaround on my order. We are in the beginning stages of adding apparel to our 30 year old company so this was actually my very first bulk garment purchase. After a lot of shopping and research I chose jiffy and it was even better than I had hoped.
Well, when I received the white crew sweatshirts in my order they had dirt spots all over them and one had an oil stain on the back. I was able to kinda clean them but the oil stain was permanent.
The quality is great, the customer service is great. I have price checked other companies and jiffy shirts always wins. I love using them to get my shirts.
