I ordered a ton of shirts for school spirit wear order. I received a few of the wrong items and I put in a claim for them. My claim was answered the next morning and a replacement was shipped that day. I received the replacement shirts 2 days later! Wonderful customer service!

The site can be confusing when your new to it. When you search for a particular material, it still shows all. I wish it showed you the count of the material instead of having to click on it but I like the price of shirts and shipping,shipping was on time and got updated.

I appreciate how easy it is to order and return items, I just wish it was easier to reach someone for help ordering. I had wanted polo's and thought that is what I ordered but they are "perfomance" and I know understand what that is, but had to find my shirts someplace else because I couldn't call and get someone to help me order the correct shirts. I will try again in the future.
