I received my email from Jiffy stating my package had arrived...I sat impatiently through the rest of the work day. I made my commute home excited for my new products, however when I started walking toward the house I saw a flat cardboard box that had been re taped and was destroyed. After taking some pictures and waiting on chat hold for a while I finally got Melissa on the line. I shared the images of UPS' destruction and without missing a heartbeat I heard the best news ever. Melissa said "Okay, you will receive a shipping email from us later today, a new order is being done for you now." Now, I wont lie while on hold I mentally prepared myself for the worst, I even rehearsed my angry responses I would give when I was told...too bad, not our problem. But instead she said listen even though it was UPS' fault, we stand behind our product. I was confused, shocked and amazed all at the same time. I truly thought I was not only out the product but I was going to be out the money spent as well. She proved me wrong on every thought. I could not be more happy with the customer service received. Melissa is like my Jiffy Shirts HERO! Thank you, Ive ordered a ton of things over the years and thankfully I will get to continue to order knowing they have my back! Thank you
So easy to use their website, the shirts come so quickly,they email you the status of the shipping (which basically wasn't even needed because they come so quickly!)
We ordered shirts and DTF transfers for our staff and they came out amazing! The quality was great, the shirts were so soft and they look so professional at half the price.
First off I only ordered tshirts at first but when jiffy started offering DTF transfers they are now my "go to" for DTF's I don't have to worry about begging and paying anyone else anymore to print me a DTF transfer because jiffy is my one stop shop now.
