I was missing a item in my order. I contacted through email. With in a day or two I received a response back. Just a small mistake and the problem was fix. Received my missing item three days later. Great customer service. Just make sure you double count your items :)

This is the 4th year that we have ordered jackets for our employees as service milestone awards. The process for ordering is so quick and easy. The prices and availability are great as well as the shipping time. I particularly like that the number of available stock is listed on the online order form which helps a lot when communicating with our employees what is available at the time of ordering. The site itself is easy to understand and very user friendly. The shipping is really quick too. Even if it wasn't labeled as Jiffy shipping we received the shirts within a few days. The quality of the shirts were great too. We chose Hanes and Gildan brands and both were nice and thick quality shirts.
