I wanted to cheer my dad up, so I joined and sent an e-card, and it worked. He was very sad, and when he saw the video he was laughing and smiling.

Happy with the actual card. But i arranged delayed delivery and the recipients did not receive it. Also disappionted that i had to pay for one year rather than the card as a one off.
Compared to other e-card sites such as Jaqcie Lawson where I can add a whole database of contacts birthdays, I cannot seem to do that with JibJab. This is very disappointing and because of this I want to scrub my membership.
I like to send the cards because the recipients really like getting them. My grandkids love them. I just wish there were more that were suitable for young kids.

I wanted to create a happy birthday dance card. It was very easy to put together and ended up conveying just what I wanted. The recipient cracked up! I look forward to finding reasons to create more cards, although I would love to see more options that are less raunchy.
Really fantastic selection, just add videos with larger face holes available and then maybe a filter for how many face holes the videos have available.

The person I sent it to had trouble viewing it. When she clicked "Click to View" in the e-mail, it took her to your site, but all she could see was the typewritten message. In order to view the actual video, she had to highlight the URL in a box below the "postcard", and paste it into her browser. I sent it to myself to see if it was just a fluke, but the same thing happened to me. I feel like the person I send videos to shouldn't have to go to any trouble to view them. Otherwise, I would have been very happy with my new account.
Signed up, paid my annual fee and when I wanted to download my project I had to pay again. Even worse. I could not download it immediately and had to wait for a mail that never arrived.
Was done as birthday vid in team meeting. Well team meeting came and went. Suffice to say. Horrible experience -

I'm happy to join for a year, but did not want my membership to be renewed automatically. The site says that you can manage your membership renewal on your account page, but there is nowhere to click "Please do not renew automatically." I have just marked my calendar to cancel the week it is to be renewed, but I wish there was a more obvious way to do this on the site.
Navigating this site is very difficult, you need to have site reformatted. Everything should be in a pull down bar that you are interested in. Once you leave an area hard to get back, update site... Also update songs and material, l dated. Most of the same stuff from years ago. Love the results, graphics and finished product.
Was advertised as a couple dollars a month, figured I could use it for a few months as needed. Was billed for a full year.
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
