Bij bij means so so. I liked the card I sent, but I found it difficult to set it up and to make changes.

When I paid the suscription I thought I could download the videos and I can't then when I found the link to download it, It says I have to pay more...

I was very satisfied with the selection of cards, the ease of sending the card and the promtness of delivery

I experienced a problem paying by Paypal. The costumer service gave me a real quick respons and solved my problem immidiatly.

Have not found many cards that I liked. Initially found a card that was particularily well suited and signrf up. Since then i haven't been impressed.

This video was the highlight of my sister's birthday wishes. She and I were such Devo fans and this was perfect for her 65th. Love JibJab!

Thought it looked fun paid 1 year. Just want a refund. Couldn't get cards sent out. Frustrated from trying.

Don't kniw know how to do what with solution. I tried but it didn't work and my issue gas not been resolved

I submitted my request to the jib jab support team and they took imeadiate action that satisfied me.

I have been having a wonderful time making jibjabs for everyone at work. They love them. Some are wanting to join..

I signed up but couldn't figure out how to download any videos or cards. There are only links which don't meet my needs.

So easy to do. Directions are great and you can upload from a lot of different sources. I'll be doing it again soon.
