Tried to send my first card ever and it did not go thru. Site said it did but it didn't. I don't know what happened.

It bothers me that you need to make another payment on every download to your computer, in addition to the subscription that is already paid

Awesome Service corrected the error and they kept me in the loop every step of the way and I would recommend jib jab it's great

So much fun! Family and friends love it! Hours of entertainment! Easy to use! Very creative! So many different cards and videos to choose from!

Jib Jab cards are fun to make and fun to receive. The only thing I could suggest is that there were more cards for women.

Sent a nice Valentine e-card to my wife and she loved it. Worth the money if you use it a couple of times a year.

Best laughs so far. I had tears in my eyes from laughing so hard. Thanks for that. Haven't laughed like that in a long time.

Great experience. I love it is si fun and to share with the family. I do wish there were more songs for the hole family.

I had trouble placing the mouths in the correct spots but that's my fault. I love all the videos and pictures. They are so funny

Easy to use. I like the Christmas ones because you have a choice of how many people. That is more like it use to be!

I have so much fun with this. The only thing I can say is I wish they would have more than 5 faces to add.

Was not a big fan of being billed for a whole year upfront. Would prefer to pay for individual videos with option of yearly rate.

Had great fun in creating this card, a new experience for me, and love the end result and all the reactions from friends and family.

A paper card would have arrived late, so this was a well-received alternative with a song I really like that was easy to put together.
