We do JibJab with our two grandchildren, ages 4 and 7. We had the most fun ever creating our Christmas card.

Our grandson loves "Happy" and when I put his and his parents faces on Jib Jab he went nuts! Loved it.

I loved the e-card, but I had problems with membership, but they solved it in a short time and without complications.

I am pleased to say that they took care of my request very promptly and I had a very good experience.

I'm going to cancel the membership. What have you done to ruin JibJab? It used to be a much better experience.

The Jib Jab app makes it even easier and more fun to send Jib Jabs! My friends and family love them.

The movies/video technology now is higher & better, you need to improve your technique to get better video look more real

Very user friendly. Wish there was even more of a variety of themes, music videos, etc. overall its a great app!

I have enjoyed this site. My main problem is that I forget about it. Is there way to remind your customers?
