I dont like it that i have to pay for membership and on top off it i have to pay when i want to download a card...

Can you tell if any one has opened a card. I have heard nothing from any one, even my daughter said she hadn't.
I would like a refund

Corporate card this year was so easy to do. It would be nice to have the option of adding personalized texts too.

Excellent way to amuse friends and loved ones with personalised videos.

I wanted to see the whole demo movie (not the first 5 seconds) and tools, so I had to buy the premium account, and after that I have discovered, that I do not like jbijab movies at all. Now I have to ask for cancel account and refound, and, as a customer, I do not like.

Had some difficulty attaching pictures, but worked the following day. JibJab offered support.

Very easy to use and share with family and friends. Very satisfied with membership!

Found it difficult to use, not enough facebook photos offered to choose from and the finished video didn't get sent to my chosen recipients

My kids love the video Christmas card. The 3 year old can't stop watching it. We will be doing these videos for every occasion. Easy to use interface.

Brilliant - I have used the card for business and family and these funny cards are a wow!

I thought I was purchasing a once off video. I see now that over 18 USD has been deducted from our credit card. That is not what we thought we were buying with our credit card.

Jib jab is a lot of fun but after paying $18.00 to become a member I am quite shocked to see I would have to pay a further $1.99 to download my jib jabs. I would have expected as a paying member the downloads would be free.

Quick response when i had questions and so far things have gone very smooth since i joined JibJab.

JibJab is a great site for fun ways to surprise family and friends. Charging $1.99 per download after paying $18.00 for a years subscription is too much. This is my 2nd time joining and only made a couple of cards the first time because FB would not allow them and JibJab's customer service was almost nonexistent but I had forgoten my experience until after I paid again.

I wish there were a way to go back a step in the process and change size or rotation or position, rather than having to start all over again by uploading from your photo collection again, the same photo (searching for them among thousands can be a pain.)

I love this site. Easy to use and hysterical options to choose from. Love it.
