The videos at jibjab can be very funny when personalized for which I get a lot of laughs from my family and friends. The price however has gone up and when I realized how much the new membership charge was, I contacted customer service and I must say the quality of customer service offered at jibjab is exceptional. I got a response in less than 24 hours and received a refund of the new membership without any issues. Sad to say I won't be making any more jibjab videos with the new membership charge.
While reviewing my deceased husband's bank statement, I noticed an unfamiliar charge. Upon investigating, I discovered it was for JibJab. My husband was retired and loved to create memes for his friends, but I'm still working and don't have time. So, I asked that the account be closed and fee refunded. Before I could finish the sentence, Robert handled the matter with respect, courtesy and cheerfulness. Isn't that the type of customer service we all desire? Once I have the time to spend creating fun and playful memes, I'll be back with JibJab!
I had money taken for renewal that I knew nothing about. When I found out, I got in touch with JibJab. They were very helpfull specially Robert who sorted everything out, cancelled everything, and refunded my payment. Thank you Robert and JibJab. I emailed JibJab for a refund that was charged to my account they corrected it immediately gave me my refund with a very nice email along with it. I have to say this is the nicest email I ever received from any company.

Sent a request to correct an email address problem I had on JibJab... the issue was corrected successfully overnight by Robert. Excellent response and great customer service... especially when I thought it would take 5 business days to get a response. Also I love the product and are having fun creating videos that are hilarious

My family and I loved sending funny e-cards from this site in the past. I haven't used it in awhile, but I recently had a charge I did not recognize. I emailed customer service and they patiently traced the charge back to one of my grandsons and credited my account.
I was taken a bit by surprise when my subscription automatically renewed. I immediately requested a refund via email and, frankly, expected to be disappointed and to have to fight for what I've requested. I was pleasantly surprised when my request was graciously, and expeditiously granted. As a result of the outstanding customer service I've received, I will now consider renting my subscription in the future when I am better able to do so. Thank you JibJab.
My grandkids loved this site! They enjoyed the many options to include their photos to watch the dancing and e-card. I'd recommend this to anyone that loves to smile or put smiles on others
Jib Jab is always up to date on all their fun greetings! Relates to everyone and is much better than a greeting card. It's even great for a quick hello, or just a giggle and beyond entertaining for the Holidays! Their customer service is awesome, professional and helpful.
I bought t his years ago and love it. It really brings smiles to people. But... recently the music had been muted due to copyrights. Why sell me something i MIGHT not be able to use as advertised. Not cool
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
