Mainly a positive experience. Know in advance that the items won't be delivered to you for about a month.

I was sent the wrong earrings and I got a prompt response with an apology and asking if I wanted to send them back, or a "store" credit. I said the credit and I have heard nothing since. I was hoping that it would have been put towards the earrings that I ordered again.

Not happy. Would like my jewellery or my money back it's been over 2 months now

I'm shopping at jewelry room since last fall, bought over 20 items. 90%of them are good quality (as exactly the photo shows). When I had issues with a few items, the customer service did good job to resolve them. Although shipping was bit slow, considering the value of every day jewelry, it's worth waiting. I also like some of their designs and craftsmanship.

Item was purchased at the start of March and still has not been shipped. Was told it is coming from a warehouse and should not be much longer only ask again a few weeks later and be told the same thing

I reached out regarding my item and I was brought up to date. Though it should've been the other way around.

They are ok at times somewhat confusing but never got burned communication is kind of okay.

It is a coin toss mostly good but it takes a while response is usually a day away. Always with E Ticket.

I had a coupon for free shipping. I bought two different items that closed at two different times. I still had to pay shipping for one but they were both shipped in the same package. It should never have cost me an extra $10.

It's my go to for a nice quick new piece! I'm aware now you don't always get what you expect in terms of quality or consistency but for the bargains on offer I think possibly that can be understandable. More solid gold and less gold plated, more real stones and less created please!

Some have been great, others not so great but overall a happy customer!

Some items I have purchased I have been extremely happy with. Others I would not have paid what I ended up paying for them if I saw them in the shop, sometimes the pictures are very deceiving.

Product as expected although a previous purchase (blue diamond) diamond fell out. Just luck I noticed it and was able to retrieve. You have to read descriptions very carefully so you know what to expect but I am OK with that :) Wish there was a better selection of real diamonds. Overall experience is satisfactory.

Once you pay there is no communication to let you know if your item has been shipped, and in my case it was only when I made contact (which is very difficult to find out how to contact this company) that I found out that they forgot to ship my order and was told that my case was closed without offering me any information if they were going to ship it or just keep my money. I was on the verge of cancelling my PayPal payment when it arrived. There is also a great delay between paying and receiving the goods, several months usually. More communication with customers and improvement in service is needed

None. I had to try and contact the company but this required a lot of searching on the site before I finally found it. Also, I had to contact them twice before I got a reply which told me that my case was closed and no other information about my purchase. I would hate to spend a lot of money on this site, like some people do, and receive the service that I had. They need to communicate with their customers more.

I've bought a few items already and I'm happy with what I have got, it's ashame the pictures are alot bigger than the actual items.

I would say is ok but I haven't received my items yet it been more than a month Pictures of the item don't look the same. Please don't enlarge the picture of the item.

I have managed to win some beautiful pieces of jewelry for a very reasonable price! The jewelry is very good quality and it very easy to bid and use the site. Besides the fact that it took a month to ship, the moissanite is beautiful. Not so sure on the band as it seems a bit flimsy even for gold, but I'm planning on removing the center stone anyways.

OK! I really don't care for rings that are plated because the plating always rubs off then they look like CRAP. I like the stones in these rings.
The only thing I really didn't care for is you shipping, $20.00 for your first item then so much for each item afterwords. Gets expensive and your paying more for shipping than you pay for the items.

I purchased a number of items from them and had a problem with some charges that I paid, Having communicated my problem and am happy to say that they were extremely fast in settling my problem in a way that was satisfactory and will undoubtedly mean further business with them in the future,

I have been wearing this ring as my everyday ring for about a year. I purchased it because I wanted a ring that I didn't wouldn't worry about losing, bending, chipping, getting extremely dirty, etc. This ring fit the bill. I work with heavy tools and this ring only had a few scratches. None of the stones have fallen out, it has not tarnished or is bent. I don't take it off when doing dishes or showering. I haven't had it cleaned or cleaned it with anything other than dish water and soap.
