This company is awful! I'm not even sure if it's still in existence. I had ordered the sterling silver motorcycle bracelet and never received anything. I called at least 10 times and left messages, not to mention the numerous emails that I sent and I never received a single reply. Finally after not hearing anything back from them for about 5 weeks I contacted paypal and got my money back. If they're not in business they should take their web page off the internet!
After posting my review the owner of the company replied to one of my e-mails and apologized, saying he was going through health problems. He credited my order. It is too bad because I would have liked to receive the pendant.
I ordered 3 bike chain bracelets and I returned 2 of them mid August to have them resized. I sent the required postage by JewleryHype about a week later. To date I have not - almost 2 months later I have not received my bracelets back. I have tried calling, leaving messages, and emailing and I have had no answer. Not sure what is going on with this company
Ordered product - money was transferred and tracking number was provided. When I checked the tracking, I found that the product was still not in route and was informed by the carrier to get with JewelryHype - easier said than done - emails never get returned and phone calls go to an answering machine with zero callbacks - I checked this site and found that im not alone - Sad but true these guys must have closed shop?
First of all, let me say I love the motorcycle chain bracelet. It is very good quality. I ordered it Dec. 3rd, received it Dec. 26th. It is too big, and I want to exchange it for a smaller size. I have called repeatedly and no answer. I have left messages, no return calls. I e-mailed them and have had no response. I am going to take it to a local jeweler to have it sized. I am worried that if I send it back, no telling how long it would take to get it back if in fact I did. It really sucks, because I would love to order a few more items. At this time, though, I will not. I don't understand-does the company not have enough people to take calls and answer e mails or what? Get your act together Jewelry Hype!
