I'm starting to have second thoughts about using this company. I placed an order using lay away. But now the website is down not responding due to a bad gateway. This is not a good look for a reputable company.
I bought a ring and then wanted to return my ring, but I am not able to reach anyone at this company! They do not respond to emails or to any phone messages and you can never reach a live person to talk with. Don't be fooled by any positive posts, they are FAKE and planted by this company! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM YOU WILL BE SORRY YOU DID!
We did the layaway plan so we could pay off a little at a time. I had made three payments and wanted to see what my remaining balance was... It was still the exact same balance as when I'd first made the purchase! I tried to call the "24 hour" customer service for 4 days and had to send an email threatening the BBB before I got a call back. Its the same guy everytime. He apologized and said the payments would show on my account within the next few hours. 36 hours later and still nothing,
I wanted a diamond ring that is different than everyone else's with more antique look. My husband got my Pave setting and band from Jewelocean.com and it looks far better than i could imagine! They customer service was wonderful. I have had no problems with my ring thus far. It is still amazing and I am so happy with it. Jewelocean back up their products 100%. I have complete trust in them.
