Dont buy any thing from here... the jerseys fall apart after one washing and things are sewn on all crooked. I contacted customer support, and all the would do is give me a ten dollar compensation for my next purchase. Terrible. Could not get a refund or exchange and paypal would not help me either. I hope that this will save somebody from buying from these crooks.
Will never buy from them again. Totally irresponsible company. No answer if you telephone their company. Emails go unanswered. The tracking number they gave me doesn't exist with FedEx (I paid additional charges to expedite). The tracking number is for USPS and it showed that it was leaving China? This is a jersey I bought for my grandson who is very dissappointed with me because of this company. Go with reliable companies who have the interest of the consumer at heart. Do not make the same mistake I've made.
Ordered a jersey for my son for Christmas with a due date to be delivered Dec. 23. Has been sitting in FedEx customs for "trademark verification" ever since and was told I would see it in 30 days or I could never see it. Came from China. Requested refund and was told to be patient and they would reorder and provide me with the new tracking number. 7 days, Jan. 12 to Jan. 19, go by and I ask for the new tracking number and they said, "my collgue has lost your order, so haven't send it out. But we will reship within 24 hours, please wait. Hope you can understand." ARE YOU F%$ING KIDDING ME? Do NOT order from this site!
Do not buy from this company. I order a "Tiki Barber" New York Giants number 21 jersey. When I recieved the jersey, it was the right number but had "Phillips" on the back. It also looked old and the "Official NFL" tags were worn and dirty. I attempted to have them correct the jersey, even sending them pictures at thier request. They wanted to apologize and offer me $10.00 for my troubles which was way less than the $48.00 that I paid. The customer service website is manned by persons who don't speak alot of english. Get your jerseys from a reputable company and not these clowns.
Do not order from Jerseysleague.com. First they overcharged me and denied it. First jersey they said was lost by fedex, the tracking number never worked. They said they reshipped it and the tracking # was a fake, with an earlier date and was delivery was shown signed by someone else in another state. I had to dispute charges with my cc.
This place is a joke. Ordered a jersey for my son in Dec. 2010. I never received it. They do not have a phone number that works so I can't call and they do not respond to my e-mails. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureua. The jersey was supposed to be $45 and $20 for 2 day shipping. My card was charged almost $70.00 and the jersey was coming from China. It must still be in China beavause I don't have it! These people are nothing but thieves!
If I could give no stars, I would. Ordered a jersey and one of the patches was sewn on upside down. Contacted the company and the only way they would send me a new one was if I returned the defective one AND paid the crazy shipping costs for the new one. What?! It was their mess up and they wanted ME to pay for it. What a joke and horrible customer service. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Been keeping track of this order I placed on the 18th of Jan. 2011. On Monday the 24th of this week I logged into my account and it said it was delivered to Shanghi. Found this strange since the day I ordered it claimed I would receive it in 6 -8 days. This morning the 28th I logged tried to log in again and the site is no longer availiable for even viewing. What a scam. Don't order from this company. I didn't check before I ordered to see if there were complaints about them. Apparently the merchandise is junk if you do receive it. I am going to refuse the shipment if it does show up.
