I really loved that my food gets shipped to me, and it's nice to be able to go in and get my measurements done and talk to the counselors there as well. It's like the best of both worlds! I live in Charlottesville so it's nice to not have to lug all of my food home, and they are so good about scheduling a virtual appointment if I can't make it in. I can't say enough good things about this place! Thank you Jenny Craig Staunton VA- and a special shout out to my girl Leah who is my counselor!
They gave me 14 breakfasts, none that I chose, and had paid extra for ala carte. They did the same for 15 lunch/dinner items, and 2 snacks. I called to request a partial refund, and they said NO REFUNDS! So, I filed a complaint with my credit card company.
Beware of online Jenny Anywhere due to lack of flexiblilty. To get free shipping you must purchase a month's meal at once and you cannot trade out meals you don't like. The telephone consultants are reading from a script apprearing poorly trained. I lost 30 pounds 11 years ago with Jenny but this summer when I gained a bit back I tried anywhere program and was sorely disappointed.
The breakfasts are tasty and I enjoyed them. The soups were ok but rather sweet tasting. As for the dinners... I just couldn't eat them. It was worse than aeroplane food. Easy to heat up but just not appetising.
Foods are delicious. However, they are extremely expensive! Double its competitor who are also considered expensive. I was on jenny craig for few months, it worked, but very slow. And after certain point, it stopped losing weight, so i switched to the other brand that actually work better and faster for me.
I've had a great experience here... great people (nice and friendly), love the food, and will miss coming here... they care and offer great workout tips and other healthy advice. I'm a very healthy eater and I exercise regularly, but I was eating and drinking too much socially!
