They sent me the wrong car part. I have given them videos and pics exactly what they have asked for and now they don't want to reach back out to let me no that my refund will be excepted. Not only that. Every phone number they have on there web site is a fake number. So you can't reach out to them.

Exhaust system I ordered wasn't the right one contacted them thru email I keep getting a run around. They don't want to refund me all they keep asking for a week now they need my vin number no I don't think so they did t even ask for it when I made the order. They wanted pictures I sent them pictures all a big scam I think. Also the parts are very cheaply made probably won't last up to a year and that's stretching it. So disgusted. How much clearer can I make these pictures to describe what's wrong with them that they just don't understand. I'm gonna turn them into bbb

Purchase a water pump and it fail in 5 months, report to the company they ask VIN number and part number of OEM, that I don't have it as it been replaced with their part
After I provide them VIN they not responding to me anymore

I ordered an Egr valve for my Sprinter van.
I got the part and paid around $150.
After I installed the valve it just worked 3 days and then fell apart in the engine.
Contacted them with some pictures and after some back and force finally they refused to send another part.
They don't trust you why should you trust them and their fake products.

Hasn't replied to any of my emails regarding my order. No tracking available. Nothing.
Do not use this site still have no received any order or information

They last me only 3 months... they talk me to ship the parts back for refund... i paid $30 now they dissapear NO RESPON... NOTHING ZERO... see pictures... DONT BUY... ALSO CHECK MY FEEDBACK FROM FEBRUARY

Bought a carburetor instantly from installing and cranked the engine it seaped out fuel from the seals. They're doing everything not to refund my money they want me to tear the part down everytime I show then the issue they bring something else up. Ridiculous company they'll do anything to steal your money. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE!

I purchased a relatively inexpensive item for my Mercedes, but it did not fit. I tried to return it but got the runaround; send pictures! What's your VIN? What's the manufacturer's part number? Write a positive review on our website, and we'll refund you.

I will NEVER buy from this company again. I ordered timing chain set by the OEM part numbers on there site. I received the parts they will not fit the car. I have sent pictures of proof and they said they will only return 15% and I will have to resale them on my own. Return police is terrible.

Ordered parts they arrive 4/9/24 after I paid they sent me a notification for 4/11/24 it's 4/12/24 still no part's and they won't get back to me. There crooked as hell don't buy from them if you want a part.

The parts I bought were so poorly made they did not fit at all. The plugs were made completely wrong. When I tried to get a refund they offered a 20% discount. I can;t use the parts at all so they basically stole from me.

Don't buy from them.They will send you different product than what you ordered and keep running around to not refund your money and keep trying to many ways to make you keep something it doesn't work.

Ordered a water pump from them, had the mechanic fit it in. Guess what, the car stalled on me due to over heating. Had to now work again on the car to replace the water pump only to put in a genuine one this time. Returned the damn part to Jcarpart and provided them with a tracking no. So they can $#*!ing see when its arriving at their location and issue me a refund, its been 2 months since the part has been returned and there's no sign of a refund. Never buy parts from here, they will rip you off!

Got my part in they sent the wrong size emailed for a return label for them to respond back offering 20% refund! Absolutely not! Horrible customer service. Believe the reviews. Avoid at all cost.

Have a California address, but parent company in China. Ordered a part for a Mercedes glk350, front grill. What it showed in pic not as really looks. Cannot communicate well either. Found another that looked OEM, asked about exchange, if they'd guarantee it'd fit. Response was giving two part numbers, saying not the same as one shipped, but I knew that. Said would credit 30% if I'd keep the one shipped. Worst car part site I've ever dealt with. Photos of what should look like and one received that has only one horizontal fin and little oval plastic chrome dots.

Ordered def pump took a month to get it keep offering discount to wait told them since it hasn't shipped I wanted to cancel finally they would respond. Then I got it it is $500 piece of junk will not work Warning no good
