It's a scam my erg blocker I ordered is now three days late and they gave me a tracking number for usps annddddd ups so there you go don't shop with them

I order this part because the company told me n my area I would have the part in 3 days and now it's been two weeks and I've still haven't received the part as of yet I would never order anything else from these people. I asked them what was the issue and why was it taking so long they said there short staff and it's out of there control smh this is not good as a business

I ordered a part.They shipped the part about a week later sent me a tracking number. Two weeks later the tracking number said it was still in the same location. I reached out to them and they told me it was out of stock and offered a 5% discount for the inconvenience. A good company would have let me know right away they didn't have it in stock and I could have bought it from somewhere else. I now have to pay to rent a truck because I trusted this company.

Be careful with this jcar company, they have horrible service, I order a product with the right address, for some reason the products was returned back to the seller, instead of then doing the right thing and sending my product back or giving me full refund. They taking 30% for no reason. I had the right address and everything, Like we're the customer service

I ordered a egr delete for my track car the wrong address was put on for shipping which I emailed within 15 minutes of ordering asking them to either cancel my order or change the shipping address they let it ship to the wrong address and have done nothing to correct the issue

I ordered a valve body from j car part the day I got it I was excited to finally get my transmission in my truck fixed I did get the part but it was not as advertised they said I would be getting a remanufactured valve body and they sent me something that look3d like itbwas ripped carelessly out of another vehicle and shipped without even wiping it down. The biggest problem was there was damage around the seals l. I couldn't put that backing my vehicle and my vehicle is still all torn apart in my driveway. I contacted them via email and told them what I got and sent them pictures. Told them i wanted to start the return process and they just keep ask8ng me year make and model of my vehicle. They don't need that information if all I'm doing is a return and thatbis all I keep getting back as a response i am out 300 dollars and even worse my truck is sitting in my driveway in peices and can't afford to buy another one. I would not purchace another thing from this company EVER. They are out of Hong Kong and the part came from chino California. I learned my lesson here. And as many parts as I do buy online they have lost a lot of business!

I ordered some parts for my Jeep. Received a verification email and my credit card was already charged! They state quick delivery and notification but a week later absolutely nothing.
No customer service and no parts!

At first, I afraid it being a scam. But I recieve my Mazda TCM in the next day. It performs well on my car! It back on road now. I will make sure more people know you are a legit company.
