Advertised the part would fit my truck. Slow shipping. Part did not fit. Slow replies. Refusal to let me return unused part. Ridiculous requests to return it. Send us a bunch of photos for our vendor, they asked. I know it doesn't fit. Never again. Do not order from this company. You will never get your money back. Horrible service after the sale.

Have a California address, but parent company in China. Ordered a part for a Mercedes glk350, front grill. What it showed in pic not as really looks. Cannot communicate well either. Found another that looked OEM, asked about exchange, if they'd guarantee it'd fit. Response was giving two part numbers, saying not the same as one shipped, but I knew that. Said would credit 30% if I'd keep the one shipped. Worst car part site I've ever dealt with. Photos of what should look like and one received that has only one horizontal fin and little oval plastic chrome dots.

I asked return part many times they don't drive me to other way. I could't use it any more for rear catalytic converter 2015 Nissan rogue select. Because i found there is no oxygen sensor hole. But they ask me send picture and vin number. Why do i have to? I can't use it this part. They wanted to ask technician person.no.it is not working. I requested how to return and refund. They don't answer me almost 6 days so far.i called to my card company for stop payment and dispute.i exchanged e mails almost 10 times. It was too much stress and headache in new year. This company is related with hong coong. I have never met this bad service so far. Next time i will check customer review before buying parts. Now i received e mail they say 30% refund i can keep the part. What the...

I ordered a part.They shipped the part about a week later sent me a tracking number. Two weeks later the tracking number said it was still in the same location. I reached out to them and they told me it was out of stock and offered a 5% discount for the inconvenience. A good company would have let me know right away they didn't have it in stock and I could have bought it from somewhere else. I now have to pay to rent a truck because I trusted this company.

Ordered a water pump from them, had the mechanic fit it in. Guess what, the car stalled on me due to over heating. Had to now work again on the car to replace the water pump only to put in a genuine one this time. Returned the damn part to Jcarpart and provided them with a tracking no. So they can $#*!ing see when its arriving at their location and issue me a refund, its been 2 months since the part has been returned and there's no sign of a refund. Never buy parts from here, they will rip you off!

I purchased a relatively inexpensive item for my Mercedes, but it did not fit. I tried to return it but got the runaround; send pictures! What's your VIN? What's the manufacturer's part number? Write a positive review on our website, and we'll refund you.

I will NEVER buy from this company again. I ordered timing chain set by the OEM part numbers on there site. I received the parts they will not fit the car. I have sent pictures of proof and they said they will only return 15% and I will have to resale them on my own. Return police is terrible.

Got my part in they sent the wrong size emailed for a return label for them to respond back offering 20% refund! Absolutely not! Horrible customer service. Believe the reviews. Avoid at all cost.

Be careful with this jcar company, they have horrible service, I order a product with the right address, for some reason the products was returned back to the seller, instead of then doing the right thing and sending my product back or giving me full refund. They taking 30% for no reason. I had the right address and everything, Like we're the customer service

The parts I bought were so poorly made they did not fit at all. The plugs were made completely wrong. When I tried to get a refund they offered a 20% discount. I can;t use the parts at all so they basically stole from me.

I order this part because the company told me n my area I would have the part in 3 days and now it's been two weeks and I've still haven't received the part as of yet I would never order anything else from these people. I asked them what was the issue and why was it taking so long they said there short staff and it's out of there control smh this is not good as a business

I ordered some parts for my Jeep. Received a verification email and my credit card was already charged! They state quick delivery and notification but a week later absolutely nothing.
No customer service and no parts!

Don't buy from them.They will send you different product than what you ordered and keep running around to not refund your money and keep trying to many ways to make you keep something it doesn't work.

It's a scam my erg blocker I ordered is now three days late and they gave me a tracking number for usps annddddd ups so there you go don't shop with them

The worst car part i never seen in my life.please avoid to to buy from them.they will make your life miserable. For almost 45 days trying to return a part purchased from them for $600 they made me pay for the shipping $40, and they were negotiating to keep the part 20%.they ended up to refun only $300

Ordered def pump took a month to get it keep offering discount to wait told them since it hasn't shipped I wanted to cancel finally they would respond. Then I got it it is $500 piece of junk will not work Warning no good

Ordered parts they arrive 4/9/24 after I paid they sent me a notification for 4/11/24 it's 4/12/24 still no part's and they won't get back to me. There crooked as hell don't buy from them if you want a part.

Ordered part with a hook of free 3 day shipping and the terms said 3 to 5 working day. It's been 4 working day and a weekend and still has not left the "shipping partner" in their facility

Pay a bit more if you need a part in a reasonable time from a better sellers word

At first, I afraid it being a scam. But I recieve my Mazda TCM in the next day. It performs well on my car! It back on road now. I will make sure more people know you are a legit company.

I ordered a egr delete for my track car the wrong address was put on for shipping which I emailed within 15 minutes of ordering asking them to either cancel my order or change the shipping address they let it ship to the wrong address and have done nothing to correct the issue

Got the tracking# 3 hour after placing the order. Did not charge shipping and or tax. This made me think it might be a scam. But I got the part in the next day! The part works great! I live in California and the parcel shipped from California too.
