Artisan was very helpful in the pre-purchase phase answering all my questions regarding product quality, warranty and installation process. Abel Figueroa and his crew did a great job, completing their work in about 6 hours. They took care of the satellite dish with minimum disruption to TV service. All vent caps and flashing were replaced and some damaged wood replaced as part of the basic contract. Cleanup and disposal was great, there was no evidence of them being there left behind. I was extremely satisfied with the work that was done and the way they conducted the process.

All of a sudden my roof started to leak and water was dripping into my kitchen thru a dormant light fixture. I have been in this house for just 6 months so there are a lot of surprises. I did not want to call a big roofing company for a small job like this so I went to BBB and selected Pro Home Services based on their high rating and proximity to my house. They came out quickly and diagnosed the problem as the vents and nails needed to be resealed. They quoted me a fair price and came out as soon as the snow melted and the temperature was above 15. I have had no leaks since they performed their work. Great Job!

What a beautiful upgrade to my home. The quote process, insurance handling and timing are hassle-free and second-to-none. Then this team comes in and removes the old roofing and puts on a new roof in a day. They were like a well-oiled machine from the time I met with Tom until my roof was complete. Truly fantastic to deal with! Do yourself a favor, skip the others and go directly to this company.

A few years back I hired Dave at Power Roofing. I now have a leaky roof damaging my kitchen ceiling. I contacted Power roofing about the needed repairs since they have a 6 year workmanship guarantee. I was promised the repairs would be done free of charge. Six months later and Dave still hasn't done anything other than repeatedly tell me "this week".

When the problem was first noticed I contacted a few other contracting companies for estimates and opinions. They all told me the job was done poorly in the first place. Power roofing charges a high rate in which I expected quality work. Instead I get problems and a failure to honor the guarantee. I believe Power Roofing will eventually get the repair done, just don't let Dave do the job and if they assign him, ask for someone else even if you have to wait longer.
