They took my money and never receive my order, 100$ in the trash. I places an order in february 2023 and we are in november 2023… I call my bank for fraud, hope nobody is going to buy from them

I ordered 3 shirts in mid November, after 2 months no communication, no shipment information, nothing. And when i got my order in the first week of January, the quality is so bad, the fabric of shirts is really bad, the photo is printed in the front and on the back, like who does that? STAY AWAY from Jagy and buy from trusted stores, have a nice day!

Hope you scammers are happy because in the end, you guys are the ones paying the fees for a chargeback lol

They took my money and never delivered what the product. Now they refuse to respond to my emails. I ordered something from them as a gift in December 2021 and while they took my money, they did not deliver anything.

One star is way more than they deserve. Same as many other comments, I placed an order for my friend's son who wanted one of their hoodies, I emailed them many times over the course of several months and they kept saying it was about to be shipped. It never shipped, it's been 4 months and I still have not received a refund.

I placed an order worth 315 USD, but only got 50 USD worth of products because they did not fulfill my order. I tried communicating with them multiple times, but they simply do not respond back.

Got 1 of 3 sweatshirts ordered. Got sent a copy and paste email that didn't answer my question when I asked how to return the sweatshirt - I'm not sure what kind of fabric this is printed on, but it is beyond hideous. Have been ignored for months since. Highly suggest not ordering from this company.

I purchased a Christmas sweater on Nov 24th with express shipping (2-3 days). Not only did I not receive my package until Dec 24th, the company was also very unresponsive. I sent so many emails to only be ignored which was very frustrating. Please do not buy from here, they're unprofessional and don't deserve good business.

Received a "new" sweater with HAIRS all over it. Sweater was poor quality. Sweater had HAIRS all over it, - we are in a PANDEMIC and I received a USED sweater. Sweater was NOT cheap either. I sent numerous emails to Jagy to resolve this issue but have gone ignored. I am absolutely disgusted. Do not waste your time and money on this scam.

It has been 6 weeks since I placed an order for a sweater. They have not responded to any of my emails either. Do not buy from this terrible company.

I bought an ugly sweater for a christmas party and didnt knew that it would take atleast 4 weeks to deliver so I tried to contact them and they dont answer anything, do not buy from this store, save your money, time and from stressful stuff like this.

Ordered from here and ended up waiting over a month for my order. Worst part about it is that they never gave me a tracking number though they said they would. Once I got my order the material turned out to be quite cheap and the color was very faded. Would not recommend.

I wish I was able to rate them lower than one star. This company is such a joke. I ordered a sweatshirt over a month ago. I signed for the tracking through Shopify. I didn't received any updates on the shirt. I had to call my bank and claim a dispute and had to explain to them atrocity of a company jaggy is.

I ordered a sweatshirt and it came after 48 days. I live in Europe so that's a great time. Sweatshirt is comfortable with nice print. But the order information on their website doesn't really work (still shows only as confirmed). Definitely will order again when there's a sale!
