It is an absolute disgrace that a company like this can get away with taking lots of money with absolutely no conscience about giving any sort of customer service back.

Firstly I ordered a Beige long evening dres with sheer sleeves and a small amount of beading on the bodice and paid to have it custom made with measurements done for me from a professional.
Only to receive the dress after being lost in transit to my absolute SHOCK the dress was bright PURPLE
With long sleeves covered in beads as well as the whole bloody dress.

I was in total shock n disgusts that after contacting them immediately saying you must have mixed up my order as this is nothing like the dress or COLOUR I ordered.

They were not at all interested in my plight and said that is what you paid for I can't see how I have my invoice stating it was beige light creamy colour n you have sent the brightest of PURPLE how is that anything like my request.

Again basically they said to bad we can't refund your money which I might add was $450.00 AUD PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THAT IS OUT OF CHINA I HAVE SINCE FOUND OUT.

Ich bestellte und bezahlte ein Kleid. Als dies ankam war ich geschockt über das Aussehen und die Größe. Obwohl ich meine Maße angegeben habe ist dieses Kleid fast 3 Größen zu groß und natürlich auch viel zu lang. Auch das unter dem angeblichen Chiffon sich ein schwerer Satinstoff befindet stand nirgends in der Beschreibung. Also mit einem leichten Sommerkleid hat das nichts zu tun. Auch die Farbe ist definitiv anders als auf dem Foto. Also für 135,-- kann man definitv auch eine andere Qualität erwarten da auch die Nähte sehr billig aussehen. Sie wollen mir das Geld nicht zurück geben und geben mir auch keinen Retourenschein damit ich dieses Chaoskleid zurück schicken kann.
