I recently called to get replacement parts for my Jack Lalanne juicer and I was told that there was no way to get the parts for the juicer that I had because it was out of production. I was asked for the model number of my juicer which was the CL-003AP. I was told that If I were to return the juicer to them that I could get another juicer(not the same model) free of charge all that I would need to do was to pay for return shipping. I returned it via Fed ex at a charge of $71.35. They received my return on 7/17/2017, I have called several times since that date to find out when I can expect my replacement? well now every other person I talk to asks if I included a check for shipping cost, I explain that was told there were no charges because that was the first thing that I asked when he said that I could get a replacement. The amount that they want me to send is $14.99 ok that's not a whole lot but where does the free juicer come in I've been told that if I didn't want to pay the shipping that they would send me a check for $69 and change. I asked what sense did it make for me to send my juicer back it cost me more than that to return it. As I said I have called several times and each time I'm told someone will call me back in 2 days, each call that I've made to them was after waiting the 2 days for that call that never comes. My advice to anyone that has this same type juicer if you need parts call Amazon and get used parts or buy a new juicer don't fall for the BS like I did.
