I recently called to get replacement parts for my Jack Lalanne juicer and I was told that there was no way to get the parts for the juicer that I had because it was out of production. I was asked for the model number of my juicer which was the CL-003AP. I was told that If I were to return the juicer to them that I could get another juicer(not the same model) free of charge all that I would need to do was to pay for return shipping. I returned it via Fed ex at a charge of $71.35. They received my return on 7/17/2017, I have called several times since that date to find out when I can expect my replacement? Well now every other person I talk to asks if I included a check for shipping cost, I explain that was told there were no charges because that was the first thing that I asked when he said that I could get a replacement. The amount that they want me to send is $14.99 ok that's not a whole lot but where does the free juicer come in I've been told that if I didn't want to pay the shipping that they would send me a check for $69 and change. I asked what sense did it make for me to send my juicer back it cost me more than that to return it. As I said I have called several times and each time I'm told someone will call me back in 2 days, each call that I've made to them was after waiting the 2 days for that call that never comes. My advice to anyone that has this same type juicer if you need parts call Amazon and get used parts or buy a new juicer don't fall for the BS like I did.


I don't have a new review just a correction to the previous one! The 5 star rating was an error. When I accidentally swiped my finger across those 5 stars I was trying to completely erase them! I wouldn't give these people anything good!


I have ordered from Amazon in the past, received quality service as well as the absolute best customer service! Wish I had used them to purchase the Bell & Howell taclight instead of those that scammed me on the 800 number!


Placed a review not 24 hours ago expressing my displeasure with the taclight sales on their 800 number complete rip off do not place order on *******178 this is the number I called in on. On this number they have an unlimited number of 3rd party orders one of which is the scam called Value Plus. I refused this offer yet I was still charged for it I did this about midnight last night. I called this morning as soon as they opened@ 8am Eastern time. I asked them to cancel my order & to remove the $1 charge for the so called Value plus, I'm told they can't remove it because they didn't charge me also told them I wanted to cancel entire order they say they can't it's already been shipped! How is that possible a automated line took the order it has not been 12 hours since I placed the order forget about 24, who packed and shipped it that quickly, the computer? I called them a total of 3 times this morning, received no satisfaction from customer disservice they gave a number *******942 to cancel the value plus. When I reach them they tell me I have to wait 5 to 7 days to get my money refunded for something I never agreed to, the person on the line then proceeds to offer some other scam which wouldn't allow him to complete so he hangs up on me. I reached him on the value plus number. I was also given a number to reach someone that could remove my name from all such offers, guess what it's not a working number, the number I was given for something called Quality Resource *******606, it's all BS with emphasis on the S, do not deal with any of these people they are only trying to steal your money!


Just ordered tonight through a recording. It seemed to be a never ending string of offers that I didn't want. It offered a membership to some shoppers club that I knew from past experience was a scam, so I had already said no to all the up grades and everything other than the 2 tac lights that I wanted so I hung up the phone. I called my bank on the automated line to find out if my order had gone through only to find they billed me for that fraudulent buyers club it was only $1 but I should not have been for it at all because I said no to the offer. I will call customer service e in the morning & cancel the whole order. The same product can be purchased through amazon I'll buy it there.
