One of the biggest online scams right now is in the "freelance writing" area.
The biggest company in this area is called iWriter and it is maybe the biggest online scam period.
Ignore all the fake positive reviews and fake websites recommending iWriter while pretending to be independent, they are all a part of the scam.
Iwriter is not just a huge scam, it is maybe the biggest of all the online scams.
There is an awesome website that uncovers the whole iWriter scam in great detail. The site is hilarious and extremely well-written.
It's also very thorough and comprehensive, maybe the best resource available yet on the iWriter scam.
That website shows clearly how fraud is not just peripheral to iWriter, but on the contrary, EVERYTHING at iWriter is fraud and scamming.
IWriter needs to be exposed to everyone until the iWriter scam is finally shut down.
The following site is the definite expose of the iWriter scam.
YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BELIEVE THE INFORMATION YOU FIND THERE.

This website is a scam, and I hear it is a very large, elaborate one. They post fake reviews of themselves on review sites. So, the positive reviews you see on here are likely to be phony. They also may choose a very few people to actually pay (e.g. Their "elite" writers). I signed up for iwriter.com a few months back, thinking I could make some extra money. I wrote two articles for them one day, for about 5 dollars total. Then, to my shock, I was "banned for low reviews". I am a good writer, and it would not make sense I would get bad ratings. The payout threshold is 20 dollars. They intentionally banned me before I reached the threshold. I have heard this is what they do. They get a bunch of articles for free, and then they put them up on their numerous websites. All of this content allows them to reap massive profits off google ads and other ad networks, because they have dozens, hundreds, or perhaps thousands of sites across the web. Oh, and they also ask for your SSN. I didn't give it, thank God. They probably sell it to thieves for profit. They also plant fake reviews, so be wary of any positive ratings or reviews you see. There are actually a FEW people who make money with them, so this leads to the false image of them as a reputable site. These few people are known as their "elite" writers. They also have an alleged "fast track" program where you pay them 147 dollars to be promoted to "elite" status. Of course, what they probably really do is just take your 147 dollars and keep it. Avoid this outrageous and massive SCAM.
Recently, the website is closing writers' accounts for no good reason. They have closed my account and my rating was 3 stars. I had just started and only five articles written. All were accepted expect one. They said that my account was banned due to low rating. I think it is the clients who should determine that! I had gained reputation and one of the clients had put me in his favorite list and in-boxed me that direct orders were underway.
IWriter should check on that before it gets sour for Brad Callen.
I'm an elite writer for iwriter.com. I have found them to be a good site to work for, although the pay is low until you get to elite status. The site is super easy to navigate and I would recommend them as a good source of writing jobs. Of course they are also free to join, or I would not even go there.
Well the fact is that there is no guarantee you will earn $$$ per hour since my greatest frustration was that I could work so hard to see if I could earn, at least $40 in a day but end up with $8-$12. In other words, one may do five assignments under premium level, for works worth $4-$8 per piece then after all that, end up with at least three rejections and two accepted articles. If I were to be asked there is little difference between gambling and working for these people. So hope and pray that the person you write for likes you! I think I've been submitting the best of my works but at some point you can't help but think someone is out to "squash your balls" of writing.
Otherwise, the star rate is because it is very legit!
Very good service. I order all my articles from here now and they all get done very quickly (usually no more than a day) and are totally unique! Great content for my website.
