I ordered a bunch of clothing. Upon receipt, several items didn't fit. Contacted them about a return. Customer service took a long time to respond initially and has since ignored my emails completely. I have emailed them 3 times since 5/15 after giving them a list of items I was keeping, at their request. The quality of the clothing is not great, and their customer service sucks.

The first 2 times I asked for shipping info I was told it would ship soon. Then I was given "proof" it was shipped. But the order number did not match mine and when I clicked on the shipping link sent with my order confirmation or the link on the order page from the website it still showed my order not shipped.

5 weeks later I started a dispute with my credit card.

I ordered a couple items in November 2022, 2 of the items were Christmas presents. One item was sold out and they emailed me and said they would refund my money or I could get something else. Which I thought OK at least they let me know what was going on after waiting a week for my order. So I got a refund for that item but, I should have asked for all my money back. I still have not received my order and it's almost January 2023. Not only did they ruin my Christmas but they have been giving me the run around now. I have been emailing back and forth to find out when I would get my package. I have the same problem as another person on here. It says my package shipped and has a tracking # for USPS but the link doesn't go there. I checked USPS tracking and it says they created a mailing label but never gave them the package to deliver. So I told them to refund my money and she keeps telling me to wait because there is a delay with the weather of 5 days. I waited more than 5 days and still nothing. But now I'm done waiting I demanded my money back. And, I found out that you can buy many of the same items on Amazon from different sellers. Do not buy from ivyalpha.com. There is no way it takes almost 2 months for a 1 sweatshirt and 1 pair of leggings to be delivered by USPS! Is it not there motto to deliver in all kinds of weather anyways. Please, everyone report them to the Better Business Bureau! They also charged me a separate international fee which is not mentioned on the website at all and was not part of the total when I paid. My bank told me it was from them.

I like the items but they are too big. How can I exchange them? The package doesn't include any information about how to exchange items.

I ordered one item and was charged Sept 4,2022 but it is now October 22 and I have received nothing!
