The web site forms are easy to understand but if you overlook a question it gives no indication, just will not move to next page. Maybe an x or * in red next to question would help.
I needed a visa for New Zealand. I used iVisa my wife used NZETA the government app. There was over a hundred dollars difference in cost, iVisa was the higher one. Turn around time was about three hours difference. With iVisa being the faster one approved.
I could never get any of my documents to download load. I contacted IVisa customer service several times. They sent the same letter repeatedly to me with a link that would never download my document. Finally someone at iVisa sent an email with my NZ Visa in a pdf.

Easy to use, friendly tool.but unexpected and expansive fee
Although a bit stressed because the visa took more than two weeks to arrive, I was very cordially treated by every-one, and even had partly refund without any problem. So yes, very pleased
I reached out to I-visa to support me with my application for an Australian Visa, and it took a long time to get approved. The I-visa team worked hard to get it done. They are efficient, accurate and very polite.

I applied on line I was not sure at the beginning but I still did it. The form to fill in was clear and easy. I didn't have to go to the embassy I got my visa in 24 hours. The all process was so much more easier that to apply via VFS GLOBAL.
When traveling to any country who needs a visa I will definitely only apply through IVISA.

Do not use ivisa service. They are not authorized agent for visa application and they do not have contact with the authorities to inquire you application progress.
Worst of all, when I asked for my application confirmation from the government, they did not want to give it to me.
This proves that they eventually did not submit my application to the authority.

Previously Singaporeans do not need a visa to visit UK. This iVisa is new to all of us. A bit scepticle in the beginning but ended well through the process.

I was very pleasantly impressed- I had not intended to click on a third party provider but apply directly for my evisa for India. However compared to my wife's experience of applying directly, it was worth the fee. The website /portal for iVisa was much easier to navigate and to populate with my details.
I subsequently got talking to an ex-colleague, a PA who used to arrange travel, visas etc for execs and she said she always used a (reliable) agency for visas. So based on my limited experience, I'd use again.
