I'm so upset with this company. I sent myacbook Pro and they offered me $460. I paid for insurance and expedited shipping. They are offering me $20 now saying my laptop was cracked. I sent it out with no cracks. It was in great condition and now I lost over $400 and can't even sell my laptop to anyone else because it's broken now. Definitely frustrated and feel like I've been scammed. Be careful if you sell to them because you might get screwed like I did.

Offers are legitimately honest and fair. It is up to the seller to ensure accurate descriptions of items being sent so as to qualify for fair pricing. Sometimes it is only worth recycling and you have to accept that fact.

They deducted $20 from my the sale of my phone. They said there were scratches. I know for fact that there were no scratches. I accepted the revised deal because I didn't want the hassle. I think this company probably offers more than competitors knowing that when they deduct money for 'scratches', they know people aren't going to want to pay for extra shipping and/or aren't gonna be willing wait another 1-2 weeks to receive the phone back and then find another way to sell it

I sent them my 5th Gen iPad for which they initially offered $71.00. They received it on the 7/15 and came back with an offer today 7/27 of $11.00 claiming that the screen was cracked and the headphone jack did not function. This is BS as the item I sent was flawless and kept in a case the whole time I owned it. I sent them the iPad in its original box packed inside another box. I called them and and they said they would do a re-inspection. And it would take several days. I requested they send me a photo and told them this is wrong. Not happy.
