After the installation of the first keyboard I find out that two key the N and the M did not work, I review the installation procedure and still did not work. I re-installed the old one and contacted the Help Desk. Almost immediately I received an email form Mr. Ordonez reassuring me that a replacement keyboard was on the way; later he followed up with another email confirming the shipment. The replacement keyboard was installed and working perfectly. At NO CHARGE!

I purchased a motherboard from ITReairShop on April 12th, 2016. I received it 3 days later and unfortunately is was DOA. As an I. T. Tech who orders parts 2 to 3 times a week I understand that defective parts happen and I usually never blame anyone (especially the middle man). The true test comes when you deal with customer service. I sent an email explaining the issue on the 18th (after the weekend) and received a reply a few hours later with some things to try (obviously not knowing I was an I. T. Tech). I emailed back the very next day after performing the required task they wanted me to try. Without any further questions ITRepairShop sent out a replacement and was at my door 2 days later.
