I also placed an order in November. It was actually the first Christmas gift I bought. Finally received it in January. After much correspondence they said I could not return and to use it for another upcoming occasion! After I figured out it wouldn't make it for Christmas I ordered the same thing on Amazon and received it the next day. Don't bother with this company - there are many other places to spend your money.
I have been waiting for one month. I tried 3 times to contact this company to ask for my money back. They sent a shipping number. I messaged back and said the number doesn't show any items being shipped. Got a return msg with another number. The same thing happened. I regret buying from them.
I have ordered in the past and had to wait months for my delivery. This will be my last order ever! Placed order on Nov. 2nd, asked for assistance on Dec. 7th as there was no updated tracking information and got this answer: "Please do not worry. Your shipment has departed from our fulfillment center and it is on the way to your address now." It is now Dec. 23rd and I don't know where my order is (see attached tracking information). I'm guessing it won't make it for Christmas.
