I ordered a Grass Trimmer with itoolmax last April 4,2024, when I opened the package the trimmer doesn't look like the way they advertised in Facebook, it's a piece of junk. I returned it the following day I received the product. I sent them an email so many times but no response instead they are sending me an email and a text nonstop from a Debt Collection Company. I felt being harassed and it's very stressful to me. From now on I will never buy a product advertised in Facebook. You can only contact them through email. This company is a scam because of a misleading advertisement.
