I've shopped at this website before and decided to buy some DVDs on ITISDVD.COM. I love this site because it is easy to navigate and purchasing DVDs are hassle free. At first I’ve inquired a lot of questions and I’m glad their reps replied explained every detail in a timely manner and proficient way. They guided me through the ordering process and no problems

I feel like I got robbed my package says it was shipped 18 days ago and I still never received it. I chose to pay the extra $12.00 to get it within 7-15 days but it never arrived.

I ordered this DVD a month ago still has not arrived. I have Tried contacting company no response. This was not a cheap DVD. Would appericate it if someone got back to me. Thanks

Little House on the Prairie TV show would probably one of the best family-oriented series I’ve ever seen in my entire life. I’m very glad that I saw the DVD boxset of this show available at ITISDVD.com website. I ordered it immediately and I’m very overwhelmed with their fast shipping!

The website does not tell you it takes over 4-weeks to receive your DVD. Additionally, they process the payment, but wait until 2-weeks later to even ship the product and it takes another 2-weeks to receive the DVD, which probably came from China.

I have buying from itisdvd for about 7 yrs, and i never had any problems, but in the last year, my orders have been incomplete and they have stopped answering emails from me. Also they seem to be very slow in adding new dvds to their site now. If you are a new customer, be very wary, as you may not get your order and they will not answer any emails either.

I did read that it takes almost 25 days to get the dvds. I purchase from Asian based companies on ebay and I have had only one issue with a dvd not working and I received a refund. I will wait to receive my dvds and come back with an updated review.

It really take about 3 weeks to get the movie, but the dvds are very good. Now you can order items online and ship them to a U.S. address* or pick them up at a U.S. postoffice

It does not indicate that the dvd you are buying is coming from China and that although it is in English that it is dubbed in a foreign language. I will not purchase from them again. I will say that the DVD is new but not made for USA movie consumers.

Great website, been using for over 2 yrs, shipping takes a few weeks UNLESS u spring for faster shipping but WELL worth the wait. Noticed other reviewers have trouble with subtitles, those CAN be turned off.

I've used itisdvd.com about a dozen times within the past few years and have had zero problems. I will definately continue to use it, it's one of the few reliable sites out there to me

Received movies, one disc could not play well on dvdplayers, they send replacedvds asap all for free

ITISDVD.com is a nice website to visit in because if you’re and avid fan of American Classic shows, this place would be classified as a great library

I bought $80.00 worth of DVD's and all I got was illegally copies. I did report them.
