To be completely honest, I was a bit skeptical, purchased a product a couple of years back through this company. The product did not work as promised, but I had done nothing at the moment because my computer worked with what I needed & I didn't want to deal with it at the time. Well fast forward to now... I needed this previously purchased product to work. I contacted them through their website HOPING I could get some sort of assistance, seeing as the original purchase had been 2 years back. I explained my situation. Messages were exchanged. Within a couple of days, my problem was solved, & I had my product working the way it was intended to initially. I should have contacted them when I 1st noticed the problem. Even though I waited so long, they still helped.

This is an update to a previous review that I wrote. The email with the software download went to my junk mail folder so I got concerned. I called Microsoft to verify the product key they gave me and was told that it was valid but had been activated before. I decided that I did not want to install the software on my computer and called the company to request a refund even though their terms say explicitly that they do not offer refunds on software downloads. They explained why their keys are good even though they may have been activated (they sometimes sell refurbished keys) but I had made up my mind already. They did issue me the refund. So I do not think the company is a scam but you may get a refurbished version of software.
